Cody arrived and immediately assessed the problem after talking with my wife. He had the correct flapper on his van and replaced it very quickly. A very competent young man. I highly recommend him.

This company is amazing!!! I came home at 2:30pm after a 14 hour drive to find out I had a water leak in my yard. Called these guys and it was fixed within 3 hours. This was not an easy task. They literally had to replace the whole pipe to the house and also at the house, which was 4 ft deep. If you need any help, call this company because you will not be disappointed.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was incredible! Excellent, fast service. Very fair prices. Zack was so friendly and efficient, and we were able to have our leak fixed within hours of the initial call. I will definitely use them for all future plumbing needs!

Matt came late after an all day job, assessed our situation and nailed it. We had use of our kitchen sink and dishwasher again. He was very pleasant and professional. He really knows his stuff. Excellent work Matt.

Dave showed great professionalism & courtesy. He arrived as scheduled, ran his diagnostics, & made his recommendations. His written estimates for repair options were sent to my email promptly as promised.

Jerod did an amazing job. He showed up about 9:30 am and was done just before 11:00 am. He told me everything that had to be done and that the city water department would have to turn off the water. Once the water was off he finished everything very quickly. After the water was back on he made sure it was working properly. I will definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Jerod for plumbing issues.

Cody was awesome! The two representatives on the phone I spoke with were professional,courteous and informative. I got my call for the tech visit and within 20m Cody was here. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company. Great service!

SUPERIOR service. From the first phone call to the finalized repair I have been exceedingly satisfied. It is not always easy to trust that a company is being completely honest. However, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is one of the most honest companies I have had the privilege of working with. From Cory, who consistently worked to make sure the project was done quickly and kept me informed about every single step, to Haggai and Lucas, who were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and even the subcontractors who did the digging, all were professional and timely. What could have been a nightmare sewer line replacement, was completely taken care of and we experienced only minor inconveniences during the process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
