Zach was knowledgeable, efficient and had no problem explaining what he was doing. My hot water heater was 22 years old and he needed to do a few extra things to bring the install up to code. I know I'll be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

Michael was professional, courteous, and detailed out what needed to be done. He gave us options of choosing just to do a smaller repair or to replace the entire water heater. He explained the cost before we went forward, and it was a very good experience. I would recommend Michael’s work highly. Upon completing the job he left the site in perfect condition, and he was probably one of the best plumbers we’ve ever had.

What a blessing! We had a leak in one of our master body sprays and needed it repaired, patched and painted before Monday. He didn't have any available plumbers on Friday afternoon, so Austin drove out and did the repair himself so that we would be covered! The service from Benjamin Franklin is unmatched!

Aaron was very helpful and explained what our issue was and options we had for solution. He completed the repair we chose and showed us pictures of what he found as he made the repair. Excellent service!

My kitchen sink drain were clogged for two weeks and I tried many methods to fix it But I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing in the morning and they came to my house same day in less than 3 hours and resolved the problem, plus they installed new pipes to my sink. They were so great and so professional leaving everything clean after done their job. I recommend them. Also they have a membership which save you money and good service.

Service was great, someone stayed in touch every step of the way and told us who was coming and when they would be here to do the work. Andrew was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. He stayed on the job late to make sure everything was done right. Will definitely use them again.

Scheduling the visit was super easy, I was scheduling an HVAC maintenance appointment with 1 Hour Heating and Air and just asked if they have someone who can check on a potential leak behind my refrigerator. Payton at Ben Franklin was on the job the next morning. He had my issue figured out quickly, very knowledgeable and overall a cool dude. I’ve been doing business with 1 Hour and their sister companies since 2012. Never been disappointed.

Awesome guy!!! Very professional team. He explained the process in a way that I could understand and answered my questions. After the job was done, he came back to inspect it. They changed the cast iron pipes underneath my house for pvc. I will keep doing business with them!!

I called Ben Franklin for help with my sump pump as I was not able to reach my regular plumber. My call was answered quickly and given an appointment. Dave was on time, easy to talk to and had patience to explain the process. DIagnosed my issue and was able to installed my new sump pump on the same visit . He gave me peace of mind and hoping I can avoid a flooded basement in the future
